Embark on an adventure into the wild at Rajmergarh, Chhattisgarh. This hidden gem boasts a thrilling jungle trek leading to a scenic campsite. 

The trek itself is a 7.6-kilometer journey through the lush Rajmergarh jungles. The trail winds its way eastwards, with a gradual descent along several streams. 

Keep your eyes peeled for the Keonchi basthis, which become visible around the 7.6-kilometer mark. From there, you’ll pass through farmlands and settlements before reaching the road connecting Pendra to Bilaspur. 

Your campsite awaits right beside the road, on a flat, open area. Luckily, you won’t have to go far for water, as a natural tap is located nearby. The highlight, however, is the flowing river adjacent to the camp. 

While it’s not recommended for drinking due to its source at Amarkantak, it creates a serene and picturesque backdrop for your camping experience.
